As the Delegate places are fully funded for council representatives, academia and key organisations, I agree that if I am unable to attend, I will provide four weeks’ notice, (prior to the start date of the conference) to

to enable the place to be re-filled. If I am unable to attend within less than four weeks, up until two weeks before the start date, I will arrange for a Colleague to attend on my behalf. If within two weeks of the start date, if neither myself or a colleague can attend, I accept that the council/organisation can be invoiced by RSTA for £30 plus VAT to cover a proportion of the cost for reserving the fully funded place.
