Geveko Markings are happy to announce that from the 1st of April 2021 Preformed Markings Ltd will officially be integrated with its sister company Geveko Markings UK. Both companies were already part of Geveko Markings Group, but this official integration brings with it a closer collaboration on an extensive range of materials for road marking and decorative surfacing solutions. This includes an exciting portfolio of preformed thermoplastic materials for traffic marking, playgrounds and pedestrian safety.
Preformed Markings Ltd came from very small beginnings when they were founded in 1996, since then they have become one of the UK’s and Ireland’s premier supplier of preformed thermoplastic road markings. The company became part of the Geveko Markings Group back in 2006 and have an office and warehousing facility, based in the heart of Surrey, where they will continue to do so after the integration. David Bryant, the Managing Director of Preformed Markings Ltd, will become Director and Regional Sales Manager of the GMUK organisation, ‘This is a highly anticipated integration that will enable Geveko Markings UK to be able to offer a wider and cohesive range of materials to meet the requirements of our clients, in the road marking, resin surfacing, decorative and safety markets throughout the UK and Ireland’, says Bryant.
In 2018, Geveko Markings Group acquired Dorset based, road marking manufacturer, Adbruf Ltd (now Geveko Markings UK). Geveko Markings UK have their own laboratories and manufacturing facilities for the production of hot-applied thermoplastic and resin binder paving systems as well as a range of other materials for traffic and area marking applications. By bringing Preformed Markings under the Geveko Markings banner, the company will be in a position to offer their customers a holistic solution to their road marking, maintenance, and decorative surfacing requirements.
