A two day course providing a detailed technical introduction to the theory and practice of surface dressing, approved for CPD hours by the CIHT and IHE.

The RSTA Silver Certificate is the only Certificate of Competence to show continuing CPD and is a mandatory requirement of National Highways Sector Scheme 13. (NHSS 13)

Surface dressing is a long established and proven highway maintenance technique involving the spray application of an emulsion bituminous binder onto a prepared road surface prior to the immediate application of aggregate chippings to ‘dress’ the binder.
