Howard Robinson
Howard Robinson was appointed Chief Executive of the RSTA in June 2009. Prior to this, Howard held a number of senior technical management roles with major national companies including Taylor Woodrow, Redland, Nynas, Wimpey and Tarmac. A recognised industry expert on bitumen and aggregate related products, Howard has had numerous papers published, has presented at UK and European industry conferences and served on various BSI committees. In 2001, he was appointed Visiting Professor at Liverpool John Moores University School of the Built Environment and has chaired the annual LJMU conference since its inception in 2002. Howard now manages the day-to-day affairs of the RSTA reporting to the Executive Committee
Lydia Vaux
Lydia manages the RSTA Assessment Centre, organises committee meetings, co-ordinates the Annual Conference and deals with external enquiries, financial matters and general administrative duties.
